This role is responsible for conducting all onsite training for new Drybar shops and supports franchisees and their teams during the critical time of 120 days prior to opening through the completion of the onsite training and a minimum of 90 days post-opening. This position will work independently during the on-site training but will collaborate with both Development and the Operations departments to ensure the onsite training process runs smoothly prior to arriving on site.
The Manager / Sr. Manager Operations supports the Sr Director Operations, franchise owners, the Denver Support Center, and peers to drive operational excellence and economic improvement for the franchise owners. This role is one of the primary sources for communication, business analysis, and training, integral to operations. The focuses are communication, sales and customer experience training and upholding brand standards.
