Technical Support & System Administration:

• Investigate and troubleshoot software/system issues by gathering context and validating behavior.
• Resolve issues within scope and escalate with complete context to vendors or leadership.
• Maintain a working understanding of POS and business system needs across multiple franchise brands.

Business Systems & Franchise Operations Support:

• Manage administrative tasks for franchise openings, ownership transfers, and location closures.
• Coordinate POS system updates, campaign opt-ins, pricing changes, and other configuration updates.
• Support software rollouts by assisting with testing, documentation, and post-launch validation.

Communication, Documentation & Process Improvement:

• Communicate clearly in tickets, emails, and project notes with thorough context and recommendations.
• Create and improve training guides, SOPs, and troubleshooting references for internal teams.
• Identify recurring patterns and recommend process improvements to strengthen team knowledge sharing.
