What You Will Be Doing:
- Work tickets via web-based ticketing system from admins, faculty, staff, and student end-users.
- Validate and clarify the issue reported.
- Keep thorough records in the ticketing system of all actions taken.

- Strong technical, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to think quickly, communicate positively, and work proactively.
