Open Positions

  • Act as a liaison and cultivate exceptional experiences through high-value, consultative engagements with Higher Education customers using Parchment.
  • Manage a book of 200-250 accounts, assisting with renewals, expansions, cross-selling, and overseeing the commercial motion including quoting and closing contracts.
  • Demonstrate mastery of Parchment products, work cross-functionally, meet revenue and satisfaction goals, and occasionally travel for meetings and conferences.

  • Own communication in the Customer Success inbound queue (email/slack/Jira), acting as the primary point of contact for non-technical customer inquiries.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance daily productivity, rapidly synthesizing customer context and accelerating the resolution of complex inquiries.
  • Triage incoming requests to distinguish between support issues, strategic adoption blockers, and commercial opportunities.

  • Lead Enterprise Strategy & Planning: Own the annual strategy and planning cycle — from long-range vision to yearly investment allocation.
  • Drive Strategic Execution: Govern the company’s OKR and business review process to ensure accountability and measurable progress toward strategy.
  • Oversee Strategic Initiative Portfolio: Manage cross-functional initiatives that advance Instructure’s strategic priorities; align resources and resolve execution bottlenecks.

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and administer a wide variety of commercial contracts, including sales agreements, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across sales, legal, finance, and product teams to understand business requirements and ensure contracts accurately reflect agreed-upon terms.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and renewal, utilizing contract management software to track key dates, obligations, and amendments.

  • Lead complex operational projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
  • Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design and implement solutions for optimization and automation.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress and inform strategic decision-making.
