As a Senior Learning Consultant, you will work with large K12 institutions as part of our Strategic Services Consulting team. You will help customers to manage change and to deepen and elevate their use of Instructure products to meet pedagogical goals across their organization by offering strategic planning, customized consultation, applicable resource development, pedagogical expertise, and hands-on targeted coaching.

This role focuses on working with institution leaders, administrators, and staff to effectively use Instructure products to meet the organization’s instructional goals and providing exceptional customer service.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will guide prospective customers in their Instructure Learning Platform evaluation process, focusing on solutions like Canvas LMS and more. You will identify deployment and technical issues, considering creative solutions. This role involves collaborating with Regional Directors and Channel Partners, acting as a technical advisor and product advocate, based in Australia with up to 50% travel.
