As a Senior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating documentation for customers for Blackpoint Cyber's products. You will gather and synthesize information from software engineers, product managers, technical support engineers, and other stakeholders to thoroughly understand our products and create product documentation on how to use them effectively to achieve desired outcomes.

Write product documentation, including getting started guides, FAQs, feature overviews, and in-app tooltips. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand new features and processes, and translate them into clear, structured documentation that scales. Take ownership of key documentation areas, improving and evolving them over time based on feedback and product updates.

Jenzabar is in need of a mid-level Technical Writer with several years of experience, responsible for contributing to team training and developing end-user documentation. The person will need to be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Jenzabar’s products and user resources as well as the team’s processes, tools, and deliverables. Proven willingness to collaborate with technical and functional teams required.
