As a Staff Technical Writer you will join the Docs Team to write documentation for W&B’s machine learning developer tools, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to document product updates and build subject-matter expertise. Responsibilities include prioritizing docs projects, testing user workflows, and advocating for clarity.

As a Technical Author, you will lead documentation efforts, develop product strategy, and collaborate with colleagues. You'll help the team develop documentation that serves the needs of the product's users. Even the most junior Technical Authors will have the opportunity to develop and demonstrate technical authority.

The Technical Writer is responsible for writing and editing, training, technical documentation, and both internal and external customer deliverables. Duties include documenting information related to Organizational Transformation and Leadership Development, coordinating graphics, preparing technical documents and analyzing developments.

As a Senior Technical Writer at Trustly, you will create clear and concise content for a wide range of customers and stakeholder touchpoints in a software environment.
