Role Responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and publish comprehensive support articles, release notes, and user guides for Neon One's software platform.
- Partner with Instructional Designers to co-create educational courses and learning paths for the Neon One Academy.
- Structure and format content using AI-friendly writing principles, optimizing for RAG/AI search models.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years in technical writing within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated use of AI writing tools to improve productivity.
- Understanding of NLP and LLM parsing for machine-readable documentation.
