Technical Writer I (Contract)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Write, publish, and update knowledge base articles for a cybersecurity SaaS platform.
• Test and document platform features, collaborating with a small team to prioritize tasks.
• Work closely with subject-matter experts across multiple teams to resolve questions and accomplish mutual goals.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, with 1-2 years of technical writing experience.
• Excellent command of oral and written English, with proficiency in documentation and publishing technologies.
• Extreme attention to detail, ability to learn complex systems, and effective communication skills.
