Technical Writer

About the Role:

• As our first Technical Writer, you will own the knowledge that helps customers, partners, and internal teams understand and get the most out of the platform.
• You will build and maintain Euler's documentation ecosystem, ensuring every piece of content is clear, accurate, and genuinely useful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the help center with product docs, how-to guides, FAQs, and release notes.
• Write user-friendly documentation for new features in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• Create internal documentation such as onboarding playbooks and training materials for CS and Support teams.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of technical writing experience for a B2B SaaS product.
• Exceptional written English and ability to make complex concepts simple.
• Comfortable working closely with engineers and product managers to document features accurately.
