Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Author end-user training manuals, onboarding guides, and how-to documentation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to capture feature details accurately.
• Create annotated screenshots and step-by-step visual walkthroughs.

Skills Required:

• 2+ years of technical writing experience, ideally for software products.
• Strong command of written English with clear, concise communication.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Docs, Notion, or Confluence.

Nice to Have:

• Experience creating video tutorials or screencasts (Loom, Scribe).
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (TalentLMS, Teachable, etc.).
• Background in instructional design or adult learning.
