Take ownership of content areas within a complex, fast-moving product ecosystem.
Work closely with Product and other writers to deliver high-quality content on a monthly release cadence.
Contribute to multimedia strategy with video and eLearning content.

What You'll Do:

Own documentation for multiple areas within CRM Product, delivering new content monthly and managing existing content.
Leverage AI tools and automation to improve documentation efficiency, quality, and speed.
Build strong relationships with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure content accuracy.
