The Role:

• You will guide product and engineering teams to build an AI-enabled platform that automates clinical documents with precision.

What You'll Do:

• Act as the ultimate visionary and voice of the customer, guiding how an ideal authoring system handles data mapping and document logic.
• Define document generation frameworks that go beyond static templates for regulatory-grade documents.
• Establish objective quality criteria and verification frameworks to ensure global regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of medical writing experience in pharma, biotech, or CROs, with deep expertise in complex regulatory documents.
• Operational understanding of global regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH E3) and clinical data mapping.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-management skills for engaging with prospects and early adopters.
