About the role:
- Create documentation for risk analytics and IoT products within the Digital Experience division.
- Use AI-powered authoring tools and synthesize content from multiple sources.
- Develop examples ranging from configuration to complex business applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or technical field, plus 5 years of technical writing experience.
- Experience with Markdown, DITA, GitHub, and Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of risk analytics in banking or insurance is a plus.
