Senior Technical Writer I

Responsibilities:

• Creating clear and concise original technical content, often taking abstract concepts and grounding them in relatable language.
• Reviewing content changes submitted by the writing team and external authors, ensuring technical accuracy.
• Overseeing the writing team's ticketing workflow and leading projects of moderate complexity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or Computer Science preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical writer position.
• Experience with Markdown, coding languages (Python, Java, C++), Git, and CSS.
