About the Job:
- Translate complex technical information into user-friendly manuals, guides, and training materials.
- Coordinate with subject-matter experts and apply document-control standards before submission.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 2+ years of relevant experience, with certifications such as CPTC.
- 3-5 years of experience plus proficiency in XML, DITA, and publishing software.
