Accountabilities:
- Develop, edit, and maintain comprehensive ServiceNow documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with program teams and subject matter experts to document platform operations and ITSM processes.
- Manage documentation standards, version control, and the knowledge repository to ensure quality and consistency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field and 5+ years of technical writing experience with ServiceNow or ITSM environments.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible documentation for varied audiences.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
