As a Technical Writer you will work as a customer advocate, designing, creating, and editing content according to company standards and processes. You'll review materials created by other Technical Writers, take part in UI strings development, and identify opportunities for content and process improvements.
This role is exciting because as a Technical Writer, you will play a key role in ensuring that internal and external documentation is clear, accurate, and up-to-date. You will work closely with Product, Engineering & Design (PED) teams, release management, and go-to-market stakeholders to produce high-quality release notes, internal product documentation, and developer resources that help both technical and non-technical audiences understand and get value out of our platform.
