Job Description
Coordinate and manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Act as the point of contact between the company and international payroll providers. Liaise with internal teams (HR, Finance, Legal, etc.) to resolve issues and implement process improvements. Support employee inquiries regarding payslips, taxes, deductions, and payroll-related issues. Validate data for new hires, terminations, salary changes, benefits, bonuses, and other variable pay components. Ensure adherence to country-specific tax regulations, labor laws, and data privacy standards. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports, including statutory filings and tax documentation. Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in HRIS and payroll systems.
