Job Description
This Solutions Engineer (SE) role guides prospective customers in their Instructure Learning Platform evaluation process, focusing on Canvas LMS, Canvas Studio, Canvas Catalog, Canvas Credentials, and Impact by Instructure. The SE works directly with account executives to sell and architect solutions for buyers. Serving as the primary knowledge resource for the sales team, this role actively drives and manages the functional and technical evaluation stages, while also serving as the key technical advisor and product advocate.
The SE presents the Instructure Learning Platform to higher education stakeholders, analyzes customer goals, promotes instructional technology, and develops tailored product demonstrations. The candidate will lead technical discussions, identify solutions, document customer requirements, and assist proposal writers. The SE will also leverage education technology experience to support the sales team and contribute to team development efforts. Travel up to 60%.
