You will tailor platform demonstrations and design deployment strategies aligning with customer priorities.

Responsible for building and managing a team of high performing Solution Engineers, adopting OSS Specific GTM strategies, working with Customer Experience to ensure customer success, and collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to influence the roadmap. Will drive adoption programs and exceed regional financial targets.

Be the subject matter expert on supply chain design and planning - product, processes, and best practices. Work together with account managers, account executives and partners to establish and understand the customers’ requirements. Solutions Engineers are the trusted advisors of the customer, responsible for making a compelling case for product growth within the customer organization. You will partner with Customer Success Managers and Strategic Account Executives in complex and technical engagements to grow accounts at an enterprise scale, serving as technical leaders throughout the pre-sales and post-sales customer success journey.

The Solutions Engineer will focus client needs into specific, deliverable requirements and solutions, and help qualify and quantify opportunities. They will resolve solution issues arising during the sales engagement. The SE will play a key role in the delivery of various education and communication programs.

Drive Sales & Training by assisting in the onboarding process specifically by providing support, answering questions, and keeping students on schedule. Your communication and training will directly impact the future success of students and the business. You will manage training endeavors, guide trainees to build an entrepreneurial foundation, and help them set up their business on campus.
