As a Presales Engineer, you will work at the intersection of Sales, Product and Customer Success, aligning growth objectives to 360learning capabilities. The role is foundational to 360learning business expansion, reinforcing a new function in Germany. You will become an internal expert in our technology, developing a deep understanding of how 360learning is being used by current customers and how it can drive value for future ones, bridging the gap between product development and market needs.

In this role, you will be the primary technical partner for strategic prospects and customers. You'll drive complex technical engagements through demos, migrations, and integrations, while accelerating ramp for new sales hires by codifying best practices. Showcase our product’s value, uncover challenges and architect solutions, and champion customer needs internally.

Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on the product. Introduce product roadmaps and new features for Ajax Systems distributors, as well as installers. Teach technical staff at distributors and dealers to increase their knowledge of products and technology. Promote and introduce product solutions according to customer thesis, technical consultation, and support of key clients.

As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our EMEA revenue growth by supporting CRM, CPQ, and digital commerce solution sales across a range of industries. You will act as a hands-on technical consultant and strategic advisor, collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, and cross-functional stakeholders to craft customer-centric solutions.
