As a Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate with the sales team, prospects and existing clients to uncover challenges and design compelling solutions using the IFS Copperleaf decision analytics platform. Key in demonstrating the positive outcomes of our product suite to prospective clients across the Americas region.

Ensure Solution Consultants clearly articulate value and relevance to customers, fully uncover business and technical requirements, deliver high-quality presentations and product demonstrations. Guide the team in documenting business value, defining solution success criteria, and securing customer commitment to the proposed CPQ/ServiceNow solution. Develop team members and build a strong recruiting pipeline of high-caliber SC talent.

As a member of our Enterprise Manufacturing Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by helping customers reimagine work experiences through ServiceNow’s AI + Data + Workflow Platform. This role sits at the intersection of experience design, AI enablement, and business transformation — empowering customers to unlock value from generative AI, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration across IT, Employee, and Customer experiences.
