Seeking a native Canadian French speaking Medical Translator on a freelance basis for up to 16 hours per month. The role involves translating medical content from English to Canadian French for Ada’s products. You will Support the localization team in Marketing with translation for UX copy for Ada’s client and user-facing products.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead enterprise customers through the entire onboarding and implementation journey--starting post-sale and ending with a successful launch. You will serve as both a technical partner and strategic advisor to clients, helping them design scalable solutions, integrate Ada’s platform into their ecosystem, and realize value quickly. Implementation projects involve deploying Ada across messaging, email, and voice channels.
Evolve the core Email platform that powers Ada’s AI-driven customer support. You’ll build and scale the systems responsible for email ingestion, routing, SMTP connectors, Sendgrid integrations, and seamless handoffs into customer support tools like Zendesk and Salesforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex distributed systems challenges, cares deeply about reliability, and wants to shape a foundational product area used by thousands of enterprise customers.
