As a Sales Engineer at Plaid, you will serve as the technical lead for Enterprise accounts throughout the sales process. You will partner with Account Executives to demonstrate to prospects how Plaid can best address their use cases and technical requirements. You will engage deeply with technical stakeholders in the pre-sales process to drive alignment and buy-in.
As a Sales Engineer, you will unlock and empower prospectsβ full potential on the Plaid Network and bring product expertise. You'll drive Revenue outcomes by being customer-obsessed technical advisors in the pre-sales process, partnering with Account Executives and proactively pushing deals forward. Overcome technical objections and evangelize Plaid solutions to technical and executive stakeholders.
You'll help shape how AI and human-centered learning come together and build meaningful programs that directly support our people. You will own the day-to-day rollout and configuration of our AI-powered learning platform - including content curation, tagging structure, learner UX, and admin setup. Also design and pilot just-in-time learning tools for managers using AI and other emerging technologies.
