Plaid

Responsible for guiding Plaid’s most strategic customers and partners as they integrate Plaid solutions. This role ensures Enterprise customers are properly onboarded and the Plaid solution is successfully implemented and launched. Members of the Implementation team manage multiple implementations and stay updated on Plaid’s technology and new product offerings.

Drafting and negotiating all varieties of Plaid commercial agreements, including sell-side/go-to-market (GTM), buy-side (procurement), product partnerships, and consumer data access. Advising business partners on commercial strategies and narratives regarding core and insight products, with a goal of accelerating revenue creation while appropriately addressing and mitigating legal and business risks.

The People Analytics Team is focused on leveraging data to uncover insights to make Plaid the best place to work. You will help create the vision and build the future of Plaid’s People reporting & analysis foundation. This role will be responsible for identifying business needs, understanding current state systems, constructing actionable reporting, and building analyses to inform business & people decisions.
