Solutions Engineer

You are a technical and consultative payment systems expert, capable of leading pre-sales conversations and guiding customers through integration design and architecture. You can design and implement integrations between merchants’ subscription management systems, payment service providers, and third-party services. You are able to outline the architecture of a technical system, and jump between different levels of abstraction depending on the audience and type of engagement. This role involves close collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams, as well as Product and Engineering teams. This role has a strong emphasis on pre-sales engagements, working with Sales to drive technical alignment, solution design, and deal acceleration, while contributing to post-sales success as needed.
