Overall Objectives/Responsibilities:
- Provide enterprise-wide oversight of all aspects of new studio openings.
- Set and drive the strategic direction for new store opening processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding franchisees.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in multi-site consumer services.
- Deep expertise designing, optimizing and delivering presell programs is a must.
- Proven ability to lead teams across diverse functions.
