Fraud, Payments, and Risk Manager

As the Fraud, Payments, and Risk Manager, you will develop and implement comprehensive fraud detection and prevention strategies to protect the business and our customers. Manage all payment processing activities, including card payments, e-wallets, and alternative payment methods. Oversee payment reconciliation, chargebacks, and refunds to ensure accurate accounting and reporting. Continuously monitor transactions and player behavior to identify anomalies and suspicious activity related to potential money laundering. Implement and manage AML compliance programs, including KYC (know your customer) processes and reporting. Collaborate with the technology team to implement robust security measures, risk management tools, and responsible gaming controls. Assess operational risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and work cross-functionally to implement risk controls. Prepare detailed risk, fraud, and AML reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies and stay up-to-date on industry trends, compliance requirements, and best practices in fraud management, payments, and responsible gaming. Mentor and train other members of the operations team on fraud detection, AML, and risk management.
