Job Description
The Merchandise Replenishment Buyer will identify and purchase new & replenishment styles across multiple categories under the direction of the Director of Planning & Replenishment, complete administrative tasks related to the creation and maintenance of purchase orders, and maintain departments within 10 weeks of stock cover. They will partner with leadership to create pre-season, item-level inventory and sales plans, increase margin for departments by negotiating better costs with suppliers, and spend full OTB each month. The Buyer will review top sellers, maintain accurate IP tags, and review high return rates, ensuring all replenished items meet sizing requirements.
