VRChat is seeking a senior program manager to research industry trends, design, and develop data and metric-driven solutions to keep users safe from online abuses. You will utilize program management, technical solutions, and communication skills to work alongside internal teams and external parties to build end-to-end safety features and infrastructure.
This role involves architecting a bold vision for how in-person connections drive the company forward, and then delivering on that vision through meticulous program management. The Program Manager will define the vision, build the strategy and roadmap, operationalize and execute plans, measure and iterate based on KPIs, partner cross-functionally, provide executive updates, and manage program resources and communications.
