The role requires identifying opportunities, shaping long-term strategy, and delivering impactful solutions that meet key customer needs. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, independently drives alignment across teams, and possesses exceptional communication skills.

Support successful customer implementations and expansions, contributing to projects from kickoff to go-live as a key team member. Help coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, and communicate clearly with both customers and internal stakeholders. Work with customer IT teams to connect their systems with iQueue, support data integration, assist with analysis, and help prepare environments for launch.
