Key Responsibilities:
- Administration, operation, and maintenance of MariaDB database environments
- Design, implementation, and optimization of MariaDB architectures
- Planning and executing installations, upgrades, migrations, and patching of MariaDB instances
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with MariaDB or MySQL administration
- Strong understanding of MariaDB architecture, components, and internal processes
- Solid knowledge of SQL and ability to optimize complex queries
Nice-to-Have Technical Knowledge:
- Experience with additional RDBMS platforms (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server)
- Understanding of cloud-based database services (Azure, AWS RDS, Google Cloud SQL)
- Knowledge of shell scripting (Bash) or automation tools
