Responsibilities:

  • Performs administrative tasks related to professional responsibilities.
  • Reports on the situation to supervisor.
  • Performs all tasks with high-level customer orientation, and improves customer satisfaction.

Tasks:

  • Monitors network solutions or the backbone, creates tickets for possible issues.
  • Troubleshoots incoming tickets, manages changes, configures the network assets.
  • Performs escalations in an efficient and independent manner.

Requirements:

  • Understands complex process and technical dependencies, and performs daily tasks.
  • Represents the Group confidently and efficiently in communications within the company group and with customers.
  • Experience in multicultural Environment.
