This is a full-time remote Product/Project Manager position focused on ELD features and compliance workflows. The role involves facilitating collaboration between the operational team (PST hours, California) and the technical team (Eastern European hours). You will ensure structured communication, feature tracking, and the delivery of clear release updates.

You will work closely with a team of skilled engineers and define strategy and roadmap for the platform, evangelizing to the development teams and broader organization. You will execute that vision, ensuring every item on the roadmap provides the desired outcome to our customers and the business. You will analyze and use data to make informed decisions. You will be working with people from all around the globe.

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager / Junior Delivery Manager with around 2 years of experience in IT project management to support our growing team. This role will combine classic project support responsibilities with key administrative and organizational tasks to help the team operate more efficiently. you'll contribute by providing Project Support, building project knowledge bases, assisting with project execution, and supporting the adoption of work standards.

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with business managers. Manage the full product lifecycle from idea to implementation ensuring alignment with business goals. Ensure incidents, maintenance, technical debt and root cause investigations are prioritised alongside new features. Prioritise and refine product backlogs to deliver measurable customer value.

The Project Manager is the primary client interface for client implementations, from initial engagement to study closedown. Project Managers are responsible for managing projects through the software development lifecycle and through study maintenance while working collaboratively with teammates and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
