Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the functional and technical design of ServiceNow ITSM solutions
  • Conceptualize the solution design and implement integrations, customizations, and configurations
  • Work on Service Catalog and Flow Designer-based processes

Qualifications:

  • Several years of practical experience in ServiceNow implementation projects, especially in ITSM and Request Management.
  • In-depth technical and methodological knowledge in a ServiceNow ITSM environment
  • Experience in functional and technical solution design

Additional Skills:

  • ITIL experience (ideally ITIL 4 certification)
  • ServiceNow certificate (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM)
  • Strong communication skills and structured thinking
