Develop and implement best practice standards, policies and procedures for planning, recording, monitoring and the maintenance of software and hardware assets. Design and implement continuous life cycle management of configuration items. Responsible for the process design and framework. Define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the process. Collaborate with Key stakeholders across the IT organization to improve our asset management.
