SACM Process Business Owner

Develop and implement best practice standards, policies and procedures for planning, recording, monitoring and the maintenance of software and hardware assets. Understand, design and implement continuous life cycle management of configuration items. Prepare the structural change to a service-oriented process and industrialized organization and disseminate the new way of thinking in PU internal collaboration based on the possibilities of the new tool. Ensure that the SACM process is Fit for Purpose and compliant to the current regulations and norms that apply. Responsible for the process design and framework. Define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the process. Manage any new requirements or changes to the Process. Collaborate with and supports Key stakeholders across the IT organization and the business to review, improve our asset management across the group so that it becomes cost effective. Prioritizes process-related requirements for IT-developments in Demand Boards.
