Primary Function:

  • Leverage a strong understanding of Service business processes and business systems.
  • Analyze end users’ needs and requests and identify/recommend solutions.
  • Analyze production issues to determine root cause and provide recommendations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support to Service end users for daily functional responsibilities.
  • Partner with IT and other cross-functional teams to resolve system issues.
  • Monitor, track, resolve, and escalate system/application issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years relevant work experience.
  • Proficient understanding of AI solutions including AI Agents and Automation tools.
  • Experience working with EDI and Business Analysis/Reporting tools are preferred.
