Primary Function:
- Leverage a strong understanding of Service business processes and business systems.
- Analyze end users’ needs and requests and identify/recommend solutions.
- Analyze production issues to determine root cause and provide recommendations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to Service end users for daily functional responsibilities.
- Partner with IT and other cross-functional teams to resolve system issues.
- Monitor, track, resolve, and escalate system/application issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years relevant work experience.
- Proficient understanding of AI solutions including AI Agents and Automation tools.
- Experience working with EDI and Business Analysis/Reporting tools are preferred.
