The Team:
- Mission to cut ServiceNow project delivery time in half through strategic application of AI.
- Builds intelligent tools and solutions, leveraging ServiceNow and third-party technologies.
- Transforming how projects get delivered across the ecosystem.
The Role:
- Process expert for the AI Delivery Acceleration development team.
- Consults with the product owner and guides them in transitioning business requirements.
- Goal of accelerating expert services projects using AI.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of consulting experience.
- Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state business processes.
- Strong understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models.
