Manager, Business Intelligence Analytics

Position Overview:

• Lead enterprise data and reporting strategy in support of mission-critical government programs.
• Ensure leadership, program teams and clients have timely, accurate, and actionable insights to drive operational excellence.
• Strengthen data governance, improve reporting transparency, and advance data-driven operations.

What You'll Do:

• Establish and enforce standards for data governance, metric definitions, quality assurance, and reporting consistency.
• Partner with IT to enhance data architecture, integration pipelines, security controls, and system scalability in alignment with federal requirements.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for program evaluation, budget justification, and performance improvement initiatives.
