Lead the QGS USACE portfolio end to end, including project planning, staffing, execution oversight, financial performance, and closeout across multiple Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build projects.
Serve as Senior Project Manager on assigned projects, owning schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer relationships from Notice to Proceed through final acceptance.
Build and lead the USACE team, establish delivery systems and processes, and partner with construction operations to deliver projects to one QGS standard.
Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed integrated master schedules using Primavera P6, including baseline development, logic validation, and resource/cost loading.
Conduct schedule health assessments using DCMA 14-Point metrics, integrated schedule/cost variance analysis, and trend reporting to identify risks early.
Support EVMS compliance by understanding cost and earned value implications of schedule changes and performing Deltek Cobra reporting.
