Role Overview:
- Lead QGS's USACE portfolio end to end, owning customer relationships, project delivery, and team growth.
- Dual-hat as Senior Project Manager while building the team and delivery systems.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver multiple concurrent Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build projects, owning schedule, budget, quality, safety, and closeout.
- Build and develop the USACE team, establish safety, quality, and project controls processes, and coordinate Quanta operating company partners.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of construction management experience with 5+ years leading federal projects valued at $25M or more.
- Direct USACE contracting knowledge, including EM 385-1-1, three-phase QC, RMS/QCS, and CPM scheduling in Primavera P6.
