Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of contract plans, specifications, drawings, addenda, and contract exhibits across all disciplines.
- Review and help resolve design and construction discrepancies, interferences, and field conflicts; provide technical support to determine cost effective and schedule efficient construction methods.
- Manage RFIs, maintain logs, track aging and priorities, and coordinate timely responses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience required.
- 7+ years of experience in field, design build, or construction management at risk project delivery.
- Strong understanding of construction management principles and EPC or design build delivery models; Procore experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay range USD $70,000 - $105,000 per year, based on experience and location.

- 100% travel to project sites required, with rotation home monthly.
