Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end revenue tooling (CRM, forecasting, enablement, analytics).
  • Maintain data hygiene, lifecycle integrity, and system reliability.
  • Define and enforce pipeline stages, definitions, and rules of engagement.

Forecasting & Reporting:

  • Produce accurate revenue forecasts aligned with VP Sales & CS.
  • Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting for leadership and the board.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and upside in pipeline and renewals.

Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM ownership and pipeline management.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
