Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end revenue tooling (CRM, forecasting, enablement, analytics).
- Maintain data hygiene, lifecycle integrity, and system reliability.
- Define and enforce pipeline stages, definitions, and rules of engagement.
Forecasting & Reporting:
- Produce accurate revenue forecasts aligned with VP Sales & CS.
- Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting for leadership and the board.
- Identify risks, gaps, and upside in pipeline and renewals.
Qualifications:
- 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM ownership and pipeline management.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
