Responsibilities:

  • Focuses on the operations and stability of a global IVR system
  • Assist with deployments, configurations, and release activities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of global IVR platforms

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting production systems in a DevOps or operations role
  • Strong working knowledge of cloud services (AWS)
  • Strong hands-on experience with EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, VPC networking

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Apache Tomcat and HTTP Server
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk
  • Knowledge of SIP and call center systems operations
