Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize our AWS EC2 and EKS clusters to ensure high availability and performance.
- Lead the troubleshooting of production outages, providing timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Effectively communicate with Directors and other stakeholders, providing updates on cluster status, incidents, and ongoing improvements.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in DevOps/SRE roles with a strong focus on AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively managing multiple priorities effectively.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in AWS services (EC2, EKS, IAM, S3, LoadBalancers, etc.)
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Experience with IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation)
