Responsibilities:
- Coordination of project management activities, resources, budget control, equipment, and information.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, invoices, plans, and reports.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management.
- Experience in managing projects with vendors.
- Experience with contact center solutions is required (Genesys Cloud is preferred).
