Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a contact center or customer operations environment.
  • Strong understanding of contact center metrics, workflows, and technologies.
