What You’ll Do:
- Develop and refine scalable processes that improve client implementation efficiency
- Build a bridge between Implementation, Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success
- Act as central program manager for Implementation team
What You Bring:
- 5+ years experience in program/project/operations management
- 3+ years working with implementation, integrations, or customer success teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
