Looking for someone passionate about learning and development to design and deliver innovative learning initiatives. You'll collaborate with the Talent & Development Team, HR Partners, and business leaders to execute impactful blended learning solutions that boost skills and drive positive change across the organisation.
Serve as the dedicated people analytics consultant for your business function, building strong relationships with leaders and HR partners. Identify opportunities where data can solve business challenges, from hiring strategies to team effectiveness. Translate complex analyses into clear stories and actionable recommendations for business leaders.
Be the first point of contact for the department by advising stakeholders on all hierarchy levels on HR-related issues and supporting them in building high-performance teams. Build a close relationship with the managers in our centers to promote topics such as org structure, leadership training, performance management and employee satisfaction. Manage daily tasks such as structural changes, salary benchmarking, feedback and salary increase cycles, and work on department-specific projects that you define according to the HR strategy.
