As the Principal Recruiter, Americas Foundation, you will lead global hiring efforts for our Operations teams, focused on expanding coverage across different specialty tiers, languages and regions based on where critical business needs are. You will be a strategic partner to operational leaders, driving the full-cycle recruiting process, developing market intelligence, and shaping our talent pipeline that will deliver world-class support experiences.

This role is a functional and technical expert consulting with corporations on their digital transformation journey powered by implementing ServiceNow’s Employee Service Management Solutions, which includes HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and Workplace/Facility Service Delivery (WSD) solutions. This Advisor role will be the SME within ServiceNow Expert Services, providing expert advisory and building strong executive client relationships within the framework of a strategic program or project.

Partner closely with leaders and managers in Business Consulting to attract and engage quality talent. Identify and engage candidates that align with needs and partner with the business to ensure a thoughtful process. Collaborate with other members of the Talent Attraction organization to support goals across referrals, operations, and talent marketing. Manage the needs of multiple hiring managers concurrently across a wide variety of roles.
