Be the first point of contact for the department by advising stakeholders on all hierarchy levels on HR-related issues and supporting them in building high-performance teams. Build a close relationship with the managers in our centers to promote topics such as org structure, leadership training, performance management and employee satisfaction. Manage daily tasks such as structural changes, salary benchmarking, feedback and salary increase cycles, and work on department-specific projects that you define according to the HR strategy.
