Responsibilities:

  • Engage technical leaders, workforce planners, and HR to understand mission demand and workforce gaps.
  • Translate technical requirements into role profiles, competency models, and position descriptions.
  • Conduct labor-market research and develop targeted sourcing strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and seven years of experience in HR, I-O psychology, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical roles in cyber, network engineering, cloud, software, data, AI, or digital engineering.
  • Knowledge of federal hiring, classification, and compensation practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting technical recruiting or workforce strategy within DoD or federal agencies.
  • Familiarity with DoD Cyber Workforce Framework or other government competency frameworks.
  • Proficiency with talent intelligence, ATS, and analytics platforms.
