Own end-to-end recruiting for highly specialized technical roles, including AI/ML, engineering, and infrastructure.
Partner with executives and hiring managers to define talent profiles and influence organizational design.
Build proactive pipelines through outbound sourcing, networking, and market research.

Required Qualifications:

Significant experience recruiting highly technical talent in competitive markets.
Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to close difficult searches.
Excellent communication and operational mindset, comfortable with ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting in AI, defense, or national security sectors with cleared talent.
Startup experience and ability to build recruiting infrastructure.
Technical fluency in modern engineering concepts and employer branding experience.
